There are several reason MinRes shares are where they are. In my view these are the main reason in order of importance/impact they had
a) Debt- MinRes had to gear the B/S to an uncomfortable level to get this project across the line. b) Onslow ramp up issues, road rollovers c) Cyclone d) Lithium prices that has impacted the entire industry and not just MinRes e) Short selling hedge funds feasting on the carcass f) Lastly, Its the governance issues and very public takedown by AFR
So in my view (& without knowing the specifics of the class action) it will be pretty hard to pin down the drop in share price to company/MD not disclosing certain matter at a certain time to the boomers. Good luck wasting your time and money - and let MinRes focus on work!
