I must say that this is slightly tardy of them. I would have expected the paperwork to have been organised by the end of January at the latest.

Oh well not much can be done but I would like to see this sorted by mid Feb at the latest if it will expire in December 2011. I hope expiry gets pushed out to match the delay.

As for anns. I don't think they are able to hold back releasing anns. They are required by law to release any market sensitive announcement once they are aware of it. Timing of the options will not be a factor with the release.
