Both the SEC and ASX read and approved the announcement so mining fraud is absolutely ridiculous. Here are some facts:
None of you on this forum seem to understand SPAC.
21 million shares that have been locked up for 4 years have just become freely tradable and as their entity price was zero it’s all profit.
Secondly, the NASDAQ has fallen 20% since January and the company has stillamaged to raise A40 million at a market cap of A400m.
All the institutional shareholders understand the situation and are backing CRML.
It’s ridiculous that ETM followers do not embrace CRML. It helps both companies if either is successful and at the moment CRML is way in front because it does have a license whereas ETM does not. I hope this changes as I am a shareholder in both. More love, less hate please.
