the strategy may be to wait for others to approach as they will come begging ..
while it makes sense, its a gamble for questionable gain, and it is probably better to get out on the front foot (potentially with a tender process) and commercialise Iron Bark on fair win/win terms soon rather than later, as it will likely create positive momentum on the SP = less dilution = better results for shareholders..
