"Unsolicited cash takeover bid at 200%+ premium",
some of the interns at the larger brokerages may have looked up from their skinny lattes and actually read it.
Communication being just one of many skills current management are sadly lacking.
Secondary Trading Notice is hardly an attention grabber.
