Otherwise, we may have to consider joining forces with the MMA activist group to parallel their steps of 'discovery' and finding out what entity[ies] are involved.And thus get a definite handle on their motives,rather than supposition.
As it is,anyone coming fresh to the stock and seeing the amount of shorting taking place,might assume there is something going awry somewhere along the line. Even if they check all the announcements.This casts aspersions on the BoDs. ie what are they not telling the market? Now, I'm sure the BoDs are on the level and I trust what they've told us because I've been on the journey with them. In fact, I consider this shorting and its implications, to be defamatory of the Board. That is,its implying they're not being truthful with the market and shareholders, or they're incompetent. In my view, this fact alone should impel the Board to take steps to find out who the culprits are and threaten them with legal action because of the aforesaid implications against their characters.
