Of course I had concerns, but it appeared the new BOD was doing their job - so I supported it.
Move on to today and I have a much different picture of things. Just look at the date when this thread was started - 20th May 2024. At that time we already had the AGM where David Halliday had spoken glowingly about the new lawyers and how everything looked so encouraging with settlements from court. It is now almost 1 year later - at least several million in lawyers fees and still not a single cent has come back to OVT. So where is the strong case?
I've moved on from holding shares. The last connection I had with this company was paid up several days ago. Doesn't mean I can't come in here and make people aware of the history of this company, so they can be better understanding of how things work.
So you can continue to do your wonderful work with Chat GPT. I'll just keep posting facts as I know them, so those that aren't caught up in the BNPL hype can actually understand what this company is about and what they have got themselves into. There are still many Mum and Dad investors out there - but I guess you're not concerned about them.
