To those concerned.regards buyback….for a start we have over 2 BILLION SHARES ON THE MARKET. So to buyback just 10% would be 200000million shares….multiply this by say 0.055 cents and that would cost the company $11 MILLION OR 12MILLION AT 0.060 cents.Take that monies away from the mill refurbishment and you delay our own mill start up for a further 3 to 4 months. Totally in favour of a buy back scheme,…but at this stage I think it would be better for management to get on with the mill and some drilling. Most of the ore processed so far has only been low grade,although the gold price is so good,we are getting good returns. About short selling. This should be banned. It is in a lot of countries. Even though we have great fundamentals and a progressive management team which has been strengthened with some staff from the mergers and new recent appointments unfortunately Rome wasn’t built in a day,
As far as top forty shareholders buying more shares , They did. The unmarkable parcels were sold at 0.058 better than the closing price that day,and probably at a better price than what it close at today. Based on previous management decisions(i could name a few bad ones,) it could be a while before the word gets out that we are on the right track….We will see many multiples when our own mill nears completion. Meanwhile as I did when DEG was only 0.04 to 0.055 I just kept buying than went fishing.The rest is history. CHEERS GLTAH
