BoogieB mate, i note your penchant for being an expert on another's info - case in point I quoted an extract from the D.E.M. in response to various questions I asked regarding public consultation on MGT's submission.: your opinion was formed without knowing my questions (or wanting to know them) or wanting to know the full response from D.E.M.. And that I see typifies the basis of most of your comments - on half baked info.
