    Could be preliminary stages of a roadshow to sell the company after they release news that confirms one of the projects is a goer.
    It will have a domino effect if one project gets up then the others can easily follow leading to brokers becoming more interested and seeing a beautifully packaged presentation ramping (sic) i mean promoting the company.
