In a nutshell then: house prices are gonna go sideways (ie: not up) because sellers just won't sell their house.
How long can that work?
People sell their house because they want to, they rent it to pay the bills that need to be paid and cant be cleared because the house didnt sell.At some stage they are going to need to sell it and it will be at a greater loss than they ever imagined. People are takinhg a vhuge gamble in keeping their asking price up; but what do they know as the agents and media and banks have created this dilema
