1) are we renting or building and owning the plant ?
2) what are the legal issues regarding leasing a site over with our technology on it to owning the site and technology ? Under what circumstances can we be locked out of the site ?
3 ) what permits are required to operate the pilot plant? Not does the site have permits but what are the permits required
4) then there the big one about feedstock grade and tonnage. is there 1 day of high grade material or a years worth ?
6 months into it and no news about any of this
