More or less 500 gm raw prawns shelled or unshelled.
1 cup butter.
1 head of press garlic.
1 tablespoon xo sauce.
1 tablespoon whisky or sake.
1 teaspoon onion powder.
¼ teaspoon old bay.
Barbecue on the charcoal barbecue or wood fired oven.
