If you want a safe bet with regular slow growth and a nice little dividend yield then you are in the wrong stock. Like exploration, R&D doesn't happen overnight and it is inherrantly risky but the potential rewards are massive. Management need to be methodical if they are going to prove that the treatments are safe and work. Fortunately for shareholders they appear to be getting close to this goal.
If you are in a hurry and just want your stomach filled go to a burger joint. If you are looking for something that may be much more rewarding then you need to be willing to sit down and wait while the chef does his/her thing. Don't sit in the car park honking your horn dude. Remember where you are.
