LOL if you are already on doesnt really matter much. Whether by rumour or by some leak that ceates a rumour you will note that probably eight times out of ten the sp for stocks goes up or down before some material issue is announced. Thats where the saying "buy the rumour sell the fact comes from". Its blatant insider trading by people within a company that is inexcusable and hopefully that does not apply to PRR.
