tls share take up would account for the massive volume and rise in sp, not that i am suggesting insider trading but more the sensible probability of such an action.
hopefully if this happens tls retain the bulk of the shares and cancel the dividend on them,just another scenario that would build confidence,naturally the cancelled dividend on those held by tls could be used in a manner the board and management see fit to strengthen its operations.
