    Are there definately 405 million ECE shares on issue?? I saw figures from Oct '10 giving market cap of $21.5 million at .8c share price. By my calc's this equates to 2,687,500,000 shares on issue. Therefore, if venture is worth $450 million, this would value each share at 16.74 cents. I hope my arithmetic or information is wrong.
