It's a two edged sword though Mondy. You start disclosing offers circa 21c (which is what this one is) and you run the risk of anchoring expectations. Then a 30c offer comes and shareholders jump all over it.
We've already seen some notable (and clearly switched on individuals) on here sell out of their positions at ~11c.
With the board now holding less than 5% of voting rights (a year ago it was closer to 10%) and some other previously large holders now significantly diluted, the worry of defending these offers could outweigh the adverse affects of dilution?
Who knows.
