selling because of queensland floods/cyclone?, page-6

Hi Guys,

Was considering the comments discussed on this thread, and upon review of the 6 Month Candlestick Chart (see attachment below), I would interpret the chart as Bounty atually going through a consolidation period over the last 6 or so trading days. We have seen repeated and solid support at 4.6c.

Again, some positive news regarding Utopia well stimulation (resulting in a direct increase in cash flow) would obviously provide upward pressure on the SP. However, my analysis is that BUY has been de-risked by the events over the recent weeks. Leaving it as an excellent buying opportunity, with the SP showing no signs of dipping below the 4.4c that we saw post-PEP news.

Just my thoughts. What are both your opinions?
