Appreciate that, but it's not really relevant to my point. My point has nothing to do with E25 being able to circumnavigate tariffs.
A huge part of Trump's strategy purportedly is to reignite the manufacturing industries in the US. Whether E25 moved there to avoid tariffs or not is an aside. The fact that an international company is electing to build a manufacturing facility in the US (in a red state) is a win that is closely aligned with his political goals, and thus one his administration will want to go ahead so they can spruik as an achievement.
