Roughly it takes a bit under a million a month to keep the lights on at Acrux. Revenue is 10k per month. So that’s roughly two months before they need more money from holders, given the recent loan.
Given the revenue versus expense ratio, I am not sure that holders, or anybody else will want to give them more money to kick the can down the road.
So who cares whether there is some chump with a stamp on his desk ready to approve a medicine that nobody wants?
