Its definitely consolidating - and I can see the descending triangle - but I can also see a bullish pennant.
I tend to think the fact that it is still maintaining the 38 fib from the last run up is positive and argues for a break to the upside. But I'm biased -so I appreciate the counter argument - thats why I ask the charts forum.
