That "NOT MANY", didn't mean all of them.

Besides, from memory in the last twelve or thirteen MEL's Announcements, that Disclaimer was only used once.

As for Woodside and BHP I already explained to you as to why it is the case IMO, and possibly for STO it could be the same thing there.
