Early loan repayment triggers the issue of options to the value of the early repayment with an exercise price of 4.2 cents expiring 24 months later. If the loan was fully paid out early it would create about 210 million options worth about $9M on exercise. The loan is in US$ so maybe the FIRB would get involved. If the lender choose to convert to shares it may also bring in the FIRB.
