If I were wanting to acquire Neuren I would be waiting for the end points to be agreed at a bare minimum. I wouldn't be putting an offer forward until that was done. After that then the key strategy decision is do we wait for the trial to finish and readout or do we get in early. The reason for the latter is you could definitely get it for less but you carry the risk of trial failure. By waiting you could be beaten to the punch by a competitor although I don't think there are that many potential suitors. In terms of share price I don't see much effect though. This year is only going to look bad financially in terms of lower revenues due to no milestones (assuming the Euro one doesn't get triggered by the managed access schemes) and higher costs when the Ph3 gets going. To my mind the best chance for a share price rally would be second half signs of Daybue ramping up and announcements of more indications with a significant PR push. Also the Muppet in the US acting in a less US vs the world, strong arm real estate dealing manner with complex matters like global trade. Barring all this things should pick up as the Ph3 comes closer to finishing late 2026 but it's possible it will be way lower than where it has been and we'll be holding our breath on that readout.

So that's a long way of saying I think the Ph3 endpoints won't do much for the SP on their own but do initiate the potential of a TO offer which I believe is non-existent in their absence.
