BTW, my take on the Arbitration is that RIM will bottom out if they are unsuccessful. The tail will stop wagging the GPR dog and RIM may be pushed out of Fifield. Administration is a possible outcome with further resultant litigation(s) and large legal costs coupled with cost orders. RIM is fraught with risk. Only a (Board aligned) fool would be wilfully blind of this.
