    Hmmm the idiots you speak of detected the connection between Capricorn Caplink and Cirralto.

    Wouldn't you know it a couple of years later Spenda, formerly Cirralto, signed a 10 + 10 year partnership with Capricorn. Well before we all thought it was possible mind you.

    They have executed the timeline to perfection so far.

    DSD is now live with the first cohort of suppliers onboard. At the moment just the SaaS component of the first cohort is bringing in 300k reoccurring revenue per quarter.

    The second income stream from Capricorn is SaaS revenue from Swiftstatement.

    Swiftstatement is an amazing time saver having now seen it for myself.

    Capricorn have been working hard to bring a lot more of their members into the digital world. Over just the last 6 months they have increased those receiving digital invoices from 8000 to 15,000. Over the next 6 months that's clearly going to increase much further.

    As announced Spenda are targeting 15,000 Swiftstatement signups by end of September, that's merely 6 months away. Swiftstatement saves a lot of time for the users but also a nice revenue generator for Spenda.

    The graph below gives you an idea of what's about to happen if the users signup linearly. This is just revenue from Swiftstatement. As announced December quarter brought in $3,570,000 in cash receipts so can add that as a baseline.

    So @SuperTrumpy take your pick lad, front-loaded, linearly, or rear-loaded. Oh and just because their target is 15,000 be end of September doesn't mean they will stop there. The graph above takes signups up to 18,000.
