Maybe not, but the US is the only one imposing sanctions on nations it chooses at will and now impose tariffs on even countries who are allegedly 'friends'. The US, not a nice friend but rather, one that is self centred and self serving. Perhaps the US thus should be considered hostile and other friendlies should get together and impose sanctions on it. The current slogan: 'make America great again' pretty much says it all - it's all about me, me me, says Trump.
But can tariffs hurt if one doesn't deal with the one imposing tariffs? AIMO
