Sounds like Australia has a ridiculous banking system down there.
If self funded retirees and superannuants can't get credit cards, that sounds insane and the Australian banking system needs a competitive overhaul and much tougher anti-trust fines, penalties and regulations.
Seems like a four bank anti competitive oligopoly.
