Looking at the half yearly report, in the notes to the financial statements, note 15 for related party transactions, says: LTR pharma Inc is 100% owned US incorporated subsidiary. Is this for dealing with APTAR and the commecialisation in the USA to come ? I guess so. No biggy.
then it says LTR Spectrum pty ltd, incorporated on 16th oct, 2024, is a 100% owned Australian subsidiary.
what pricks my interest is that LTR Spectrum was incorporated on Oct 16th 2024. That date is the first day that the share price started falling and has been doing so relentlessly for the 6 months since.
