When rates went to zero everyone ability to borrow just increased at the same time everyone was flushed with cash. Not a hard one!
With respect to copper i have started on here many times a big upmove is normally preceded with a large move lower. That provides the energy for the move. It's just how markets work! Go and look at the long term charts Wacko!
