I'd say Susquehanna's motivations are far more nefarious that flipping 1 Billion shares for pips. They know IMU will be desperate for funds in < 6 months and they are primed to ensure that they benefit from this.
To assume Susquehanna will have aligned themselves with retail returns would be incredibly naïve.
