Something to discuss with Caremag,
Apart from China, where are they going to get 5,000t of mining concentrate to produce 600t of Dy/Tb, you can count out Hard rock miners they are top-heavy with LREE and 0.0 - traces of HREE. That, 5000t of mining concentrate would have to be very high in Dy/Tb content
So that now leaves Ionic Clay Deposits, which have far better grades of HREE, can they actually deliver that amount? They'll need to go into some sort of offtake agreement to achieve that total Dy/Tb 600t, very interesting
