they are buying business not trading in stock market. current fluctuations would only matter if buyers does not have enough capital or get credit. I believe with two serious buyers they are discussing the strategy to win the bid. aussie dollar collapse is only going to help them and some experts are now predicting to go around 55 cents. these are temporary fluctuations based on uncertainty. its been 4 weeks so news will be around the corner and imo at worst they may not increase the bid but if both parties will be interested after due diligence there will be a higher bid. I believe bain and cc capital are already playing their cards to outbid and get support from the management and major players. there will be lot happening in the background than current share price as it hardly matters whether it be $3 or $4 in two weeks time.I had nice little ST trade parcel from 3.49 to 3.61 so today is not too bad.
