I think you are missing the point. It doesn't matter why Nick sold his shares or even if they are immaterial to him.
The point is that the market didn't like it. Rightly or wrongly, these are just the facts, which is why the share price is in limbo at the moment.
I am not overanalysing anything. I call it how it is.
