I was thinking this myself.
There aren't many occasions when an event is an existential threat - this is one of those.
Sure, they may be insured.
But how high does insurance go?
Is a single licensee covered for this much?
What's the maximum impact this could have? (total amount of $$ lost by investors?)
At a minimum, I'd expect an explanation as to why the board believes this is not price sensitive.
