Hello bobcatpaul,
I hold in LEI and as far as I am concerned everything is fine. The deal has been finalised and the shares are being processed as we speak on this forum. As you would be aware, the resolution was passed on 23rd December and with the christmas break, I would respectfully suggest that we are on schedule.
As for the selling I think it is obvious. HCG was down at 3c and, with LEI vending in with their excellent products, there is a lot of interest in buying in from core investors. There are obviously some exciting things that will happen in the near future as the products reach commercialism and beneficial cashflow positive acquisitions may well be the order of the day. I know that the directors are very focused on profitability and will achieve this as soon as possible.Further, they will not tolerate issuing announcements purely destined to ramp the sp.
To me things are going along smoothly without any ramping or vitriol as they should be. I am sure that FP will talk to you if you ring him on the number provided in his post.
