Happy to post my Questions here..
    .... little lengthy...
    ...
    1. With regards to ‘certain legacy issues’ with the Co-O Project – can you confirm is the Company’s ownership in PMHI and by virtue thereof the projects MPSA limited to 40%?

    2. If the answer to Q.1 is YES, could you enlighten us shareholders as to why the Company did not or ‘will not’ follow standard industry practice in the Philippines by foreign mining entities to structure the ownership of the MPSA to obtain the industry standard 64% ultimate ownership in the MPSA? And as such providing ultimate control over the MPSA, which is designed to avoid the very situation you have placed our Company into for the past over 2-year period.

    3. Not withstanding Q.1 and Q.2 you mention ‘resetting of those legal and commercial arrangements as outlined in ‘ASX listing’ document, could you provide shareholders with a clear and direct outline of and the process for the resetting of those legal and commercial arrangements? It is of paramount importance for our Company and our Shareholders that control over the MPSA is obtained in order to secure the future of our Co-O project. Please be very clear in your answer and please make direct comment as to whether the Company will consider reorganizing the ownership of the MPSA (via PMHI, or perhaps via PDC and/or PMC, the original owner of the project).

    4. Ore mined and milled has decreased significantly over the past several years, from 132,000 WMT in Q-Mar-23 to just 88,000 WMT in Q-Mar-24. Given that X64 owns the majority of the Process Co (MMPRC), can you tell us shareholders what plans are in place to increase utilization of this most important asset of our Company? Also, can you inform us as to whether there are any opportunities, in the absence of insufficient ore coming from our MPSA, to Toll Treat other mining companies’ ore in the region in which we are operating? In general terms please tell us shareholders about how management expects to increase throughput at our Processing facility and how management intend to improve revenues at MMPRC. Please include full details and a plan of action for us Shareholders.

    5. Financial condition of X64. Please outline fully the current financial condition of the Company and provide a clear and full explanation of how and when the loan repayment of USD 140mn to our Process Co/MMPRC, will be paid and the likely impact that this will have on our cash position of the next 1 year period?

    6. For clarity, please explain fully and itemize the exact concerns that the auditors have in relation to qualifications to the auditor’s opinion on the Company’s financial statements. We the shareholders require a point-by-point explanation of each and every reason the auditors continue to qualify their opinion.

    7. You mention in a recent email discussion that the Company ‘is working toward a relisting, which would provide shareholders with a platform for trading: however, any such listing remains subject to ASX approval’. I would like to ask management to explain in full what their plans are for relisting. I require management to provide a point by point ‘game plan’ outlining the exact process they are pursuing, including key points needed to be achieved, as well as a clear timeline towards working towards the relisting of X64 on the ASX?

    8. Shareholders have requested management to make the AGM available to shareholders via the likes of an internet zoom or similar type of meeting. However as of the time of writing these questions, there has been no response from management or from the X64 contact Mr. Mike Weir. Could management please tell us shareholders why they refuse to contact a zoom type meeting for shareholders, and I remind management that many ASX Companies offer this basic service to their shareholders.

    9. If management are unable or unwilling to provide shareholders the opportunity of a zoom type AGM, could I make it clear that us Shareholders request management, in light of the extraordinary circumstances and hardship that the delisting of our Company has had on all shareholders, to commit to and prepare for a zoom type Company update meeting with shareholders before the end of the month of April 2025.

    10. Could management please post on our Company website an updated share register detailing the TOP 20 largest shareholders of the Company as of the latest available date. With the latest date being the close of business of the 31st March 2025 or as soon as possible prior to that date.
