they had a contract with the company (in the announcement in 2023). This organization does not mention anything on their website but I am only saying this could explain a lack of a heat signature with a blue signature in the satellite image, when they should be flaring gas at this stage to announce an IP 30.
This is just a possibility based on previous announcements.
I know nothing only speculation
