Government policy alone is responsible for the housing shit show.
Houses are where you live i do not personally consider them an investment and do not care what my house is worth.
Firstly tax concessions for landlords should be discontinued.
capital gains tax on investment property sales should not get a 50% discount.
Foreign ownership of private dwellings should not be allowed not a resident of Australia then no house for you.
Immigration as a way of proping up growth is false economics our country has suffered visionless governance for years.
If you continue to vote for these idiot's then nothing will ever change.
Everyone who is a resident of australia and is prepared to work hard should be able to buy there own place.
