Please let's consider a scenario where Galan doesn't sell the entire company, but only its assets. If they were to receive, for example, 150 to 200 million dollars for these assets, the share price might initially jump to around 30 cents. However, I believe this could be short-lived, potentially falling back to the 10-cent range within a few days or weeks. My reasoning is twofold: Firstly, those who initially bought shares between 10 and 20 cents would likely start selling to lock in their profits. Secondly, once Galan has divested its core assets, the fundamental question arises: what is the remaining value proposition of the company? With no significant projects left, who would be motivated to buy these shares? This uncertainty among sellers could indeed create significant volatility and downward pressure on **promotion blocked**, potentially leading to sharp daily declines of 20% or even more.In my opinion, it feels as though Galan has already, in a way, 'sold' future shareholder value through repeated dilutions. Therefore, if a sale of assets could realistically deliver, say, 30 or even 50 cents per share to all existing shareholders – ensuring no one receives less than that – I believe that would be a fair and agreeable outcome for everyone involved
