kerrisdale - i too read marcus padley's article with interest...i like his stuff but in this instance he was wrong (sort of)! In as much that nearly every stock he mentioned presented a buying opp post bad news - but in the SHORT TERM...
So to contradict myself I sort of agree that longer term there is more pain to come post bad news but in the short term there are some stag profits to be made.
Today I entered MYR at 3.23....tommorrow I will see if I eat humble pie or exit for a few easy percent before the slide continues(?).
Longer term I do worry about retail stocks....but the good ones will survive...is MYR one of them???
