In what way? The meeting notes seem quite straightforward. You either agree with the direction that DT and Board are taking the company or you don't - in which case, why are you a holder?
I'm not exactly happy abou the number of shares in circulation but that can be taken care of with an on-market buy-back at a later date as indicated in
DT's latest shareholder video.
For clarity, I voted 'For' all resolutions on all my holdings.
