What makes you think Lynas is the " Front runner." Reading this and do a couple of searches I see nothing taht indicates this. Not sying Lynas is not!. Just i can find nothing giving any priority. To any one mentioned. Only clue may be order they are listed. Not alphabetical so maybe a strench to say there is significance in order.
