some good banter last night, and perhaps some of the information goes some way to explaining the apparent discrepancy between market cap and prospects. a valid reason is a good thing, even if one does not agree that it is a good reason.
i would say that having some untrustworthy directors is not abnormal or a particular reason to sell out in a rush, but it does highlight that we need to question them and not blindly follow what they say, as some on this forum have proposed. dodgy characters make a lot of money all of the time.
