I have said this many times. I am reasonable sure At least once it was to you but here goes once again.

I have never bought a stock based on price. Not even 60 years ago when I bought my first stock with my paper route money which 15 years later I used to put 30 % down on first house. I had really good teachers. Do you buy on price? I know lots of good investors I find price is seldom a consideration. Unless it is high causing high PE then it is a killer to buying.

    So what are my criteria
    1. Company making a good profit with a foundation that allows for increase Lynas needs higher volume and better prices to do this. I have several trip signal for this which should happen well before it is obvious. Second derivative of EPS or PE is a great one. The graph below on Q output showing positive change. Or at least the acceleration going positive for 2 Qs
    2. Company doing what they say. and telling SH quickly when things go wrong. Lynas never informs they wait till last possible minute to tell SH
    3. I take notes on every CC. Highlight things said. I look at notes and highlights of at least 2 or 3 Q CCs and at least one AR and SAR. IF you review a few things you will find many things promised and then not delivered and never a word on what happened just a new promise. AL never did this when she came on in 2014. The last few years she is as bad as NC use to be. I may buy even if AL does not get better but it will be because I see opportunity for Lynas with rising REE prices and believe volume will increase steadily with reliability. Cost will increase as well but need to see some control on them. CAP X is currently 1.6 B and still increasing as these resources are used that will increase costs a lot. A key factor will be are REE prices high enough to cover the increased expense.

So in summery Improved expectations is all I want. Price is not a factor.
