Now that Trump has backtracked on his threats for a while, I think the markets might not be so reactive in the future to his statements. I was of the thinking yesterday he might have chosen to back down on the pharmaceutical tariffs in a day or two due to his 'concern about the health of the American people' By doing this, I thought he could have been seen to concede something but obviously there is a lot of pressure on him and he has backed off on everything except China.
Good news for the pharmaceutical tariffs, as I am not sure he will want to upset people further about their health amongst all this upheaval. Plus, I am sure Donald will want to play golf in Ireland again someday, so unless he does back off, they won't let him in ever again.
I can't work Trump out, only time will tell, I imagine.
However, I think we will fly past $9 today lol
