I doubt they sold anything to begin with but likely bought the dip as thats what investors do, even the Great Martis on X called the end of the sell-off well before the pause announcement so just because you couldn't see it, others could before the event.

Trump knows who the US allies really are now.

90 day pause but only given for time to negotiate which i think is fair enough because a lot of countries want to negotiate so some time is needed if one wants to be sensible.

No 10Yr boycott that some had hoped for, quite the opposite.

Nobody has as yet commented on the fact that Trump didn't do anything about tariffs when last in the WH.

Why ?

How is the tariff situation any different to what it was in 2016-20 ?
