Yes Fugasi the Courts may in fact throw the case out of court, and also the Commenwealth may defend in a Very Very long drawn out court battle, of which O&G investors are familiar with in similar cases from the past. DB certainly has a chequered history with the ASX with suspensions and compliance with the ASX, and from my experience has had the longest Suspension of a O&G company in the history of the ASX of 5 years, I could be wrong but I don’t think I am. And TBH the Commenwealth legal team would probably have many many many more pages ready to go now if so needed to support the denial of the Pep11 exploration license as has already been exercised by the Federal JA, otherwise they wouldn’t of done it imo
