Oh Have they Fugadi I suggest you study what happens to timelines in a Federal Court Case against the Commonwealth.

Yes Fugasi the Courts may in fact throw the case out of court, and also the Commenwealth may defend in a Very Very long drawn out court battle, of which O&G investors are familiar with in similar cases from the past.
2. You admit that the case may not be defended by the Government. If it is defended we revert back to the timelines as already established by the courts. There is zero evidence to suggest that this case will be a long drawn out process taking years and years as the current timelines are moving faster than normal and the Scomo case was wrapped up pretty quickly.

DB certainly has a chequered history with the ASX with suspensions and compliance with the ASX, and from my experience has had the longest Suspension of a O&G company in the history of the ASX of 5 years, I could be wrong but I don’t think I am.
3. I could be wrong but I don't think I am is hardly grounds to be stating your opinion as facts. There are no facts that I am currently aware of that suggest DB is being watched closely by anyone other than you.

So what is there then Fugasi 1680 pages !!! I thought I read there was 2000 pages of supporting documentation!!!

And TBH the Commenwealth legal team would probably have many many many more pages ready to go now if so needed to support the denial of the Pep11 exploration license as has already been exercised by the Federal JA, otherwise they wouldn’t of done it imo
4. There are no pages of anything. Ed Husic required further information from Advent and presented this in a 1608 page document. That further information was delivered by Advent and then Ed made his decision. I think you'll find the court lays out very clearly the documentation that can be presented both in volume and format. The Government has laid out their reasons for refusal as public opinion and financial capacity. IF the government decides to defend themselves in court it will be on that basis and it will be with the documents they lodge at the appropriate time. They will NOT be running to the library to get more documentation as we go through the case IF we go through the case at all.

I'd suggest you understand what you are discussing prior to embarking on such a vehement challenge of the facts as they stand.

IF I may add to the reBUTTal... cos its always good to SPANK a BUTT.....

1. Federal Court Case/Local Court Case/Any Court Case are subject to delaying tactics/adjournments and anything else the lawyers can get away with...BUTT it is up to OUR lawyers to fight it regardless of others (eg djm) says about objecting to adjournments.... (short of a death/hospitalisation of the opposing parties) ALLOW the Justice to decide....

2. The Court has decided that the application is worthy of continuing ALL the way to a 'TRIAL' (my word).... what happens between NOW and Sept 16th is another matter...BUTT it will be in the hands of Justice Jackson - not the JA nor the Govt nor their lawyers!

3. Could care less if DB has a chequered history in anything.... BUTT we judge him on his performance on THIS PEP11.

4. lol... Bring it on...... BUTT the evidence - even if it is 1608 pages or even MORE are added... have to be handed over to Asset. IT should have been handed over within the 1608 pages previously to justify their 'intended position to refuse'.... Such hidden EXTRA SPECIAL reasons that have not been handed over and ready to be used is a figment of someones BUTT crazy imagination - cos eventhough we are in 'SAGA'.. this aint NO Movie!!
